Our language school emphasizes full immersion, and this first encounter was a perfect introduction to our language-learning approach.
The day concluded with a delightful dinner on the terrace, where she continued to converse in Spanish. This setting allowed her to interact with native speakers and Spanish teachers, setting a positive tone for the week ahead.

This was followed by a gym session with me, incorporating physical activity into our language programs.
Post-workout, Gunilla focused on Spanish vocabulary and exercises related to shopping and services, enhancing her practical language skills.
The afternoon was free for cycling, offering a relaxing break from structured Spanish courses. Our best Spanish immersion programs balance formal learning with leisure, ensuring a well-rounded experience.
The evening featured a Spanish movie night, where we watched and discussed “Volver” and completed exercises related to the film.

Then, we visited the Mataró beach and port, practicing conversational Spanish in a real-world environment. Lunch at the port provided another opportunity to converse in Spanish while enjoying a meal.

Day 5: Free Time and Family Meal – Continued Learning
Day five balanced, structured learning and family time. The morning began with correcting verb exercises on the SIELE platform, an essential part of our language programs. This was followed by a gym session with me, integrating physical activity into our routine.
Breakfast included a discussion of the day’s plans and enhanced conversational skills in a relaxed setting. The family meal featured a seafood casserole and casual conversation with my parents, providing a valuable opportunity to practice Spanish in a family environment.
The afternoon was free for cycling, offering both exercise and relaxation. Such balanced activities are a hallmark of our best Spanish immersion programs and ensure continuous language acquisition through varied experiences.
Day 6: Cultural Immersion
The sixth day focused on cultural immersion. Gunilla and I hiked to a local sanctuary, a key part of our immersive language programs. This was followed by a meal at a traditional farmhouse, offering an authentic experience of Spanish culture.
